1. Our video delivery platform is designed to be as reliable as possible and work across a wide range of devices. However, delivery platforms also rely on factors outside of our control.
2. You should see a test video lower down on this page 'landscapes with music'. Please check you can see & hear this video a few days before your event.

If you are having issues viewing this test video.
1. Try another device using Google Chrome browser.
2. If you still experience issues, clear your web browser's "browsing data", including history, cookies and cache.
3. If you’re using WiFi, try plugging your computer into your internet router using a cable, if you can.
4. If you see the video but cannot hear any music, check your speakers are turned on and turned up. Try viewing something else just to check. Eg, a video from YouTube.
5. We recommend closing all video conferencing applications. (MS Teams, Zoom etc)
Accessing the live stream via your organisations network.
1. Some organisations have strict Firewalls in place. If you cannot see or hear the video, contact your IT departments to alert them well in advance and provide them with a link to this site.
This is particularly important if your IT is handled by a third party, they may need to 'allow access' to certain platforms otherwise you may not be able to access successfully.
